PUBLIC ART COMMISIONS COMPLETED PROJECTS Ocean Creatures, a terrazzo floor at Logan International Airport, was commissioned by the Massachusetts Port Authority, Boston MA in and completed in 2005., in conjunction with the new Delta Airlines Terminal. It is located in pedestrian walkways A-B connector, designed by HO+K which connect Terminals A and B to Central Parking. The Abyss, a terrazzo floor at Logan International Airport, was commissioned by the Massachusetts Port Authority, Boston MA, in 1998, and completed in 2002. The floors are located in pedestrian walkways designed by Cambridge Seven Associates of Cambridge, MA, which connect Terminals B and C to Central Parking. The walkways are 27,000 sq. ft. The art budget was $300,000. Atlantic Journey, a terrazzo floor at Logan International Airport, was commissioned by the Massachusetts Port Authority, Boston MA, in 1996 and completed in 1999. The floors are located in pedestrian walkways designed by Cambridge Seven Associates of Cambridge, MA, which connect the parking garage to Terminals A and E, thus spanning the airport. The floor area is 35,000 sq. ft. Atlantic Journey won the Honor Award, National Terrazzo & Mosaic Association, 1999; and the Golden Trowel Award, New England Region, International Masonry Institute, 1999. The art budget was $300,000. Tidal Cove, a terrazzo floor for the Kennedy Intermodal Transit Center, was commissioned in 1998 by the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority, Providence, Rhode Island, and completed in 2002. The artwork is for the entry (1000 square feet) and interior in this new bus station/Rhode Island Public Transit Authority office building, designed by Wallace-Floyd Design Group of Boston MA. The art budget was $195,000. Oasis, the City of Cambridge and completed in 2001. The landscape architect was Wallace-Floyd Design Group of Boston, MA. The art budget was $18,500.

A collaboration with children from the South End Settlement House After school program, 2004. Finalist, design for a 12’ x 180’ mural for the corporate headquarters of Discovery Communications in Silver Springs MD, 2001. The budget was $250,000. Finalist, Women’s Leadership Project at the Massachusetts State House, Massachusetts Foundation for the Humanities, Boston MA, 1998. The budget was $90,000.
